At our bureau, we are able to convert large format documents to digital format on your behalf. We have the capacity to convert thousands of documents per day using our state of the art large format scanners.
The documents can be any size up to A0, or irregular sizes 42″ wide by any length. Thicker documents can also be accommodated, up to 15mm thick. All documents can be scanned in full colour, B&W, Greyscale or lineart. We can even convert drawings into CAD files for use with most CAD software packages.
By scanning your archive of large format documents, office space can be cleared of filing cabinets, lengthy searches for the correct drawing can be eliminated and multiple users can view the same documents, at the same time.
Once scanned, the images or pdf’s can be delivered back by disk or hosted online in Castrum Spaces, Sterling’s hosted electronic document management solution.
