Chain of Custody Audit Trail

All backup media is assigned a unique barcode reference number. By using advanced inventory management software, the full audit trail of backup media can be interrogated. At the click of a mouse check where a particular item is, where it has been previously and to whom.

In Transit Security

We only transport media in locked, near indestructible cased. Our vehicles do not advertise that backup media is being carried and are never left unlocked while unattended. Tracking, alarm and immobiliser systems further reduce the risk of loss or theft.

Online Management

By accessing the online management system, the current status, location and details of items can be checked and maintained. Orders can be placed and order status reviewed. Reports of all items in storage can also be created.
